Shipping

Although we can ship to virtually any address in the world, note that there may be restrictions in your country that do not allow us to ship to your location.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

PBNeons is not responsible for taxes and duties on a product shipped to other countries.

PBNeons is not responsible do to delays by the shipping carriers, weather, or customs holds.

Rushes are available upon special request and additional fees may be required.

Returns Policy

All Sales are final unless merchandise is damaged, and unless an RMA is issued by PBNeons. All Returns are subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 15%.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving the returned merchandise. But only once PBNeons has inspected and cleared the merchandise of damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
